For our first number, we are lucky because the international topicality is, on all the plans, particularly charged lately. Thus a great number of nations open in the world, by the means of revolutions, independence or inversions (heading diplomacy). The other large shutter relates to the sports, where large international building sites are in hand: to the federations already in place came to be added that of the handball (a competition is envisaged in October) and that of cycling with the organization of the first edition of the Large Turn of Alliance. Each one of these events mobilize a great number of people.

  The fact of the month remains for us however the great debate around the equality of the sexes in the sport, which followed upon the creation of a female league of football by Mellow. Of an intention which was good, the refusal of adhesion of this league to the international federation AFNF which is mixed, made pass this project like opposite to the equality of the sexes. A many nations were raised against this situation, which will have at least had the merit to extend the democratic speech to a field hitherto reserved to the men, soccer...

The Chancelor Manfred Anständig transmits, July 7, his nomination's speech. (4640) in which he considers a policy of reforms so "making of Neogermany the Spearhead of a advanced liberal society".

July 28, 1001, three new countries make their appearance on the international public scene.
It is about the Borguian Collective, Axice and Bakonia. (4729) Axice, under the administrative supervision of St Maur des Mers, wants to be, after long civil wars, a democratic state in full rebuilding (4731). Lukutus Borgue, head of the Borguian Collective ,says itself to being a totalitarian leader  reigning as an uncontested Master on his country (4825). Several nations oppose this policy and some, like St Maur des Mers, withdraw their ambassadors (4913). As for Bakonia, its authorities, under the control of the General Niko , wish "to establish strong links with the other states in order to raise our Fatherland towards the skies of Progress and Modernity"(4737).

July 31, 1001, a new nation adheres to Alliance, Mellow (4779). Mellow seems to be a democratic state set on sport ( greyhound's race and female soccer).

Lastly, August 26, 1001, Love Island, shaken by a revolution coed, joined Alliance(5135). The revolution is agitated by the will of insubordination to the terrorists and other traffickers who reigned up to now. The unstable policy involves a certain mistrust of the international community which considers the sending of observers. The new authorities of Love Island wish the refusal of "the input on your territory of any immigrant of Love Island, this for your good because the only people who would like to leave are the terrorists and traffickers against whom we fight. Moreover, these terrorists must be condemned to work of public utility in order to rebuild the countries which they devastated!".(5137) Only San Antonio del Mar answers this request unfavourably, proposing its policy of hospitality (5139). 

August 31, terrorists from Love Island "operated with a taking of hostages to the embassy of Abyssinia"(5245). San Antonio del Mar accept the coming of those terrorists on its ground but the output of the Embassy is transformed into shooting, the takers of hostages died but carries with them the abyssinian Ambassador's daughter .

Cycling: many nations prepare teams for next Grand Turn of Alliance, test by stages which is announced very palpitating (Cycling federation).

Yachting: the federation starts again its activity, of the frigates are envisaged.

Handball : the site of the next international tournament will be decided soon (AHBA).

International relations

The Society of the Nations tries to sit its legitimacy and to promulgate its message of peace and fraternity.

The intercontinental communication systems tending to multiply, it is proposed the introduction of a system of code specific to each state.

Maritime circulation and the creation of territorial zones are the debate object in which appear very divergent debates; the ones define their protectionist position on their coastal spaces, others are on the other hand favorable to freedom of movement of the ships on the whole of the seas.
