The international current event of these last weeks makes confirm the feeling of perceptible duality on the Ringworld . The check and the bad mix, succeed one another, bringing their lot sometimes of enjoyment, sometimes of tears...

While the First Alliance's Games (JA) end hardly, the war ravages again our peoples as much as the furrows of the brotherhood drawn by the JA, SOCIETY OF NATIONS or regional organizations. Because these games brought to the world that the sport is one of the vectors of the fellowship, the harmony and the sharing among the peoples. And and the civil war in Tanganyika calls back us in the hard reality of the ground... If for some the taken gained medals are amply deserved, for the others whom carry them permanently on the jacket's reverse , please , allow me to doubt it.

In the last copy of the "Anneau-Monde", Mister Namasdeo presented us fruits of sound inquiries on micro-states, pointing their main source of income: the luxury tourism, and more particularly the games's establishments .

The social image of the sportsmen

The sport is a spectacle, ergo, he can not exist without a social glance. The human societies of Alliance show varied sensibilities following the sporting types but also at the level of the place and of the status of the sportsman. We are going to bend over the case of Phénixia, San Antonio del Mar, S'lip S'leed and Tangayika.

Sports preferred in Phénixia vary strongly because of the federal construction and the strong provincial disparities which exist in this country. One can, all the same, note a light ascendancy of the rugby. In San Antonio the car-racing dominates widely , in S'lip S'leed, it is the athletics and in Tangayika the football. One sees that every country seems to have its appropriate preferences often connected to a history or to national social logics.

There is only a step to be done to spend of the national sport in the national image that the sportsman can supply. Phénixia uses for variable purposes the image of its sportsmen but these take of it big financial advantage nor even personal : they can be transformed into standard bearer but are on no account confused with the concerned flag.

In Tangayika, this practice is so very strongly anchored and knows even a renewal : it is the case relatively

classic of the country inside and politically torn who tries to create signs of internal gratitude. San Antonio, because of the charismatic figure of its president is contrary to this last one : it is better not to risk to give shade to the president. Indeed, only Tangayika separates the quality of a player of that of the team of which it participates. Even there, doubtless, as it should be should include it as the search for guardian figure: the empire misses of sociable disposition and the sport meets itself it surrounds with a social, almost political role. This country is also remarkable for the practice claiming and developed the muscle by the supporters. The teams or the sportsmen in the case of individual sports are strong of the courage, the honor of the geographic areas from which they result.

Phénixia and S'lip S'leed, on the contrary, the sportsmen bring of the fair play and the capacity to appreciate the good knocks of the opponent (then seen only as a competitor) at the top of the virtues of the spectators and. But, naturally, it is about an ideal and the distances exist. San Antonio, because of its small surface and of its subsequent incapacity to participate in the highest level in all the sports sees obliging, of good heart, to appreciate as much the work of the outside teams as those national.

The approach of the sport is sportsmen is a rather faithful reflection of the social reality of every country. It is one of the modes of expression of it. This is true up to the treatment and the reparations that the sportsmen can receive. Phénixia and S'lip S'leed, two stable federal States, adopted a tax system adapted to the weak hope of sportsman's life with a logic of redistribution stressed at these last ones. The Alliance's Games (JA) are in yard. Already, the participants dash for the glory or for the pleasure of the sport. Crisis in Tangayika: 
Return on a macabre night

The night of November 20, 1002 will remain for ever marked in the history of Tangayika.

During my last article on the crisis which shakes at present the Empire of Tangayika, I worried about risks just like that of state steered by the military gente, become quite powerful since the implementation of the normalization's policy in the regions of Nordésie and Rénanie.

The hypothesis of a decline of influence on the central power of the Empire which would have intervened further to a possible application of the vote of the national referendum favoring a bigger decentralization of the state for the benefit of regions in credibly done past the generals for the action.
